This website is operated by NudeBlend. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to NudeBlend. By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

3. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

4. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (LE/EGP) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
  • We do not warrant that the quality of any products, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
  • Product colors may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to monitor settings and photography lighting.

5. Orders & Payments

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash on delivery (COD).
  • Orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or exchange.
  • Order confirmation emails are sent upon successful placement of an order.

6. Shipping

  • Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days across Egypt.
  • Free shipping is offered on orders over LE 2,000.
  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. NudeBlend is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (underwear, swimwear) are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and improving your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
