Shipping Information

Standard Shipping

• Delivery Time: 3-5 business days across Egypt
• Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location
• Free Shipping: On all orders over LE 2,000

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
• Orders placed on Friday or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

We currently ship to all governorates across Egypt. Delivery times may vary for remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to love your NudeBlend activewear. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Hygiene-sensitive items (underwear, swimwear) are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Return

1. Email us at nudeblendeg@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 24 hours
3. Ship the item(s) back to us at the provided address
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us at nudeblendeg@gmail.com and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
